In May 2014, Agilent Technologies introduced two new high-performance portable oscilloscope series that have incorporated next-generation oscilloscope technology. The Infiniium S Series sets a new standard in signal integrity for bandwidths up to 8 GHz, while the InfiniiVision 6000 X-Series sets a new standard in price and performance for bandwidths up to 6 GHz. The Infiniium S-Series has the world’s fastest 10-bit ADC. It features a comprehensive application-specific measurement software, fuelled by a powerful motherboard with 8 GB RAM, ensuring the scope stays responsive in all operating modes. The InfiniiVision 6000 X-Series includes 2- and 4-channel DSO models, and MSO models with 16 digital channels and with bandwidths from 1 GHz to 6 GHz at a 20-GS/s sample rate.
