In September 2014, MECO-G introduced a new handheld digital LUX meter with an LCD display called R-LX 50B. The digital LUX meter has three ranges: 0—1999 LUX, 2000 – 19,000 LUX and 20,000—50,000 LUX. It has a data holding facility on the meter and operates on a single 9V. These meters are useful for industrial and domestic purposes.
