Amendment to MSIPS guidelines

Thursday, July 18, 2013: In partial modification of MSIPS guidelines dated 07-10-2012, an amendment has been issued by DeitY on May 23, 2013. According to this, Para 2.3 (a) of the MSIPS guidelines shall be read as, “ a. Expenditure incurred on land and building required for the project. The total cost of land exceeding 2% of the total capital expenditure on the project shall not be eligible for reckoning of incentives in this regard.” Thus the cost of building will not be considered in computation of incentives in this regard.
