Rahul Yadav has joined as the Vice President of Technology, with Ricky Singh appointed as the Senior Vice President of E2W operations, Sudhir Sharma as the Senior Vice President of Finance, and Sudipto Shome as the Vice President of E3W Operations.
Ricky Singh, with previous experience at Olx Autos, Healthkart, and Snapdeal, has a track record of driving business growth by 5-10x, as highlighted in the press release. Rahul Yadav, who will lead product and technology initiatives, has a background with companies such as Radio Mirchi, Airtel, and Times Internet Limited. His expertise in transforming business requirements into innovative tech products is expected to help quadruple Zypp’s growth within the current year.
Sudhir Sharma, the new senior vice president of finance at Zypp Electric, brings a successful history to diverse industries such as SaaS, logistics, and wellness. With his skills in fundraising, cash flow management, strategic planning, and stakeholder management, Sudhir will head Finance and Investor relations at Zypp. His focus on establishing the right processes and finances is in line with Zypp’s goal of achieving profitability within the current year, driving sustainable growth and financial success.
Sudipto Shome, who joins as the Vice President of E3W Operations, specializes in scaling 3W and 4W logistics operations nationwide. With an academic background from NIT and XLRI Jamshedpur and experience at Manipal Group and CarDekho (Girnarsoft), Sudipto’s expertise in scaling businesses profitably while maintaining a balance between quality and cost will be key in driving Zypp’s operational growth in the wheeler segment and operational profitability.
