Saturday, October 04, 2014: ZICA Group from Australia is planning to expand their engineering unit in India – AICA Engineering India Pvt Ltd and with this unit ZICA will be exploring the south Indian market. The company’s main focus is the renewable energy sector and this sector will be tapped by their solar products.
AICA Engineering India’s main aim is reduction in electricity bills and more sustainability in the best possible cost-effective way. AICA Group’s managing director Shiju Mathews said that as per Kerala Government’s solar policy, installed capacity in solar sector will be increased to 500MW by 2017. That’s why the company is planning to enter this market as business prospects look huge for them.
The company will tap the market with all its products, services and international experience. According to The New Indian Express, Shiju said, the company believes in designing and installation in the most efficient way. The company is focusing on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s pet projects like water treatment through solar system and also solar-powered bio-toilets for schools, villages and institutions.
