Xiaomi is betting on its newly added quad-camera feature to boost the second round of flash sales of the Redmi Note 6 Pro series
Manu Kumar Jain, India Head, Xiaomi has announced on Twitter that Redmi Note 6 Pro has sold 6 lakh units within minutes of its first flash sale. In India, it was offered at a discounted priced at Rs. 12,999 under the Black Friday sale. Xiaomi is holding another round of flash sale with the same discount starting at 3 PM today.
The flash sale was part of the announcement made yesterday at the launch of Note 6 Pro that Xiaomi would be holding a surprise sale of the new device for the Mi fans.

Xiaomi has offered a discount of Rs. 1,000 on its 4GB as well as 6GB variants of Redmi Note 6 Pro. An additional cashback of Rs. 500 is also included on using HDFC bank cards for payments. The 4GB variant is priced at Rs. 12,999 while the 6GB one is of Rs. 14,999 under the flash sales.
Quad-camera
Xiaomi is betting on the new addition of four cameras on the phone. It has two cameras on both the front and rear sides. The rear ones have a 12 megapixel with dual pixel autofocus and 5 megapixels for depth perception. The front cameras are of 20 and 2 megapixels with binning technology and depth perception respectively.
Xiaomi has equipped the Redmi Note 6 Pro with a 4,000mAh battery that is supported by Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0. It claims a battery usage worth 2 days. The screen is a 6.26-inch Full HD+ (2280×1080 pixels) panel with an aspect ratio of 19:9 and it comes with Corning Gorilla Glass protection.
