VST Tillers Tractors, based in Bengaluru and specializing in farm equipment manufacturing, showcased new products at the trade fair for agricultural machinery, taking place in Hanover, Germany, from November 12 to 18.
VST Tillers Tractors showcased three new products at Agritechnica 2023: the 929 EV electric tractor, the 932 DI tractor with a Stage V engine, and the 929 tractor equipped with HST Transmission, all part of their Fieldtrac series. The electric 929 EV, globally launched at the event, represents three years of dedicated research and development. This tractor, designed entirely in-house, features a 25kWH battery, provides 110 Nm of torque, and offers zero emissions. It boasts dual-acting power steering, a stylish design, excellent ergonomics, versatility for various applications, and a 1250 kg lift capacity.
VST also highlighted its contributions to agriculture’s electric vehicle (EV) segment, supplying EV solutions and electric drivetrains for tractors to prominent American farm equipment manufacturers.
The show also featured the VST 932 DI Stage V, a 32 hp, three-cylinder techno-compact tractor known for its power and torque, and the Fieldtrac 929 HST with Loader, designed for landscaping and smaller operations, offering flexibility, ease of process, and superior steering control.
Antony Cherukara, CEO of VST Tillers Tractors, emphasized the importance of Agritechnica for showcasing its technical capabilities and expanding its global presence. He noted that the event is an opportunity for VST to raise brand awareness, learn about new smart agriculture innovations, and network with global companies. The company aims to enter the US market soon.
In 2023, they launched six compact tractor models in the Series 9 and introduced the VST-Zetor brand, planning to release high-horsepower tractors in India.
