- This strategic alliance aims to bolster Valorem’s position in the European renewable energy Independent Power Producer (IPP) market
Valorem, a France-based independent green energy operator, has partnered with T&T Proenergy, a Polish solar developer and contractor, to work jointly on a substantial 300-MW portfolio of photovoltaic (PV) projects in Poland.
This strategic alliance aims to bolster Valorem’s position in the European renewable energy Independent Power Producer (IPP) market by leveraging T&T Proenergy’s deep understanding of the local market and their close relationships with local authorities. The scope of the agreement encompasses the entire project development process, starting from the early stages and continuing until the projects attain a “ready-to-build” status.
While specific details regarding the roles each party will play in this collaboration were not disclosed, legal firm Greenberg Traurig, representing Valorem, indicated that T&T Proenergy will assume responsibility for managing the investment aspects of the PV schemes.
Roman Tabaka, the President of T&T Proenergy, emphasized the shared values of environmental responsibility and innovation that underpin this partnership. This cooperative effort is expected to not only facilitate the advancement of solar projects in Poland but also contribute to the broader goal of sustainable energy development in Europe.
