Features and USP: Designed for 868 MHz and 902 to 928 MHz AMR solutions, the RF6549 features separate ports for Rx and Tx paths, and two ports on the output to connect a diversity solution or a test port. The PA section includes a nominal output power of 28 dBm. The device comes in a 6mm x 6mm, 32-pin package. The product is currently available in production quantities. Its pricing begins at US$ 2.17 each for 750 pieces.
