To leverage quality telecom equipment production and local employment, Systrome Technologies recently inaugurated a new factory in the state capital of Kerala.
A new manufacturing facility of telecom devices by Systrome Technologies, based in Haryana, has recently begun operations in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
The factory, which saw an investment exceeding ₹100 crore, was officially opened by Tessolve founder and former Tata Electronics (OSAT unit) CEO P. Raja Manickam. Other dignitaries included KINFRA MD Santhosh Koshy Thomas and the Directorate of Industries and Commerce’s Harikishore.
The inauguration took place at the facility situated in the KINFRA Film and Video Park in Kazhakuttam.
The unit is focused on producing telecom and networking products to address evolving industry demands. It aims to capture over ₹100 billion in market share within three years.
As per the company’s announcement, the project focuses on creating an electronic collaborative manufacturing community (ECMS) based on the industrial Internet and serves as a model for national industrial Internet use. It provides electronic manufacturing integration services, including SMT and final product assembly.
The factory will also create employment in electronics manufacturing, boosting the region’s socio-economic growth.
Anil Raj, Managing Director of Systrome Technologies, stated that the facility would place Kerala on the high-tech manufacturing map. He commented that it further signifies a major advancement for the nation in production and self-reliance in electronics manufacturing.
Headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana, Systrome Technologies specialises in designing, developing, and manufacturing PCBs (printed circuit boards) and electronic equipment tailored to customer specifications.
