Sunsure Energy has recently signed a collaboration deal with the Government of Tamil Nadu to develop four renewable energy projects, collectively generating 500 MW within the state.

Sunsure Energy is set to make a significant ₹3,150 Crores investment in Tamil Nadu, primarily focusing on establishing three 100 MW solar power plants and a 200 MW wind power plant. These strategically positioned projects are slated to roll out over the next three years, from 2024 to 2027, with the Tuticorin and Tirunelveli ventures commencing in the fiscal year 2024-25.
Beyond augmenting the state’s renewable energy capacity, this endeavour is poised to generate substantial employment opportunities, directly and indirectly benefiting the local population.
