MEP services provider Sterling and Wilson, announced that it has recently set up a 32 MW Solar Power Plant for Clean Solar Power (Dhar), a SPV floated by Hero Future Energies at Goyalkhedi/Kamlakhedi village in Madhya Pradesh.
Sterling and Wilson’s scope of work for Hero Future Energies solar project included design, engineering, supply, fabrication, construction, inspection, installation, testing and commissioning of their complete solar power plant that spreads across 171.60 acres of land.
The project was awarded to Clean Solar Power under Phase 2 Batch 1 of JNNSM with 10 MWp under Domestic Content Requirement (DCR) and remaining 22 MWp under Open Content Requirement (OCR).

Sterling and Wilson has used the fixed tilt technology for mounting solar PV panels for optimal solar irradiance in this project based on the geographical location of the plant. The entire solar power plant for Hero Future Energies, from signing of the contract to the commissioning of the project was completed in a short span of 135 days.
