Sky and Space Global Ltd (SAS), a leading company specialised in communications infrastructure based on nanosatellite technology and develops highly sophisticated software systems, announced that it has signed a binding reseller memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Globe Teleservices, an India-based telecom services provider.
Globe Teleservices, having offices in Dubai, Hong Kong and Singapore, offers a wide array of communication services, ranging from wholesale data and voice to mobile video as well as voice over internet protocol (VoIP) across Asia and Europe.
The agreement stipulates the commitment of Globe Teleservices to become a major reseller of SAS solutions within Indian region as well internationally, and to fulfil a minimum number of devices and solutions to be distributed by the company.
To expand business
Under the terms of MoU, the two companies will collaborate to find how Globe Teleservices will become a reseller of SAS solutions with the intent for telecom company to include these solutions in its offering and distribute voice services based upon the solutions.

The signing of MoU supports the SAS business global rollout model of building a localised as well as international reseller network that will enable efficient provision of connectivity solutions of SAS to equatorial locations and becoming a major player in satellite communication market.
