The Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) is seeking to form a panel of agencies for conducting site studies and drafting Detailed Project Reports (DPR) for solar photovoltaic (PV) plant development. It will include both ground-mounted and floating solar plants, as well as conducting plant health audits of existing PV installations.
The empanelment is for a five-year period from the date of notification of empanelment (NoE) with a potential two-year extension based on performance and mutual agreement. SECI aims to leverage experience of competent agencies for feasibility studies, pre bid engineering, detailed design and project management.
Selected agencies through this request for empanelment (RfE )will be responsible for conducting site studies and preparing DPRs as outlined in the RfE document, as outlined in the RfE document. Strict adherence to RfE specifications is required, with any deviations potentially leading to bid rejection.
Agencies interested in participating must pay a non-refundable bid processing fee of ₹6,000 and submit their bids by April 19, 2024. The empanelment is divided into three categories (A, B, and C), and agencies can bid for one or more categories. This will be a single bid system which means bidding amount and technical details along with all supported documents are to be submitted in a single envelope.
