The smartphone giant Samsung has officially introduced its mobile payment platform Samsung Pay in India.
This payment solution will operate in partnership with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, SBI Card and Standard Chartered Banka, mobile wallets such as Paytm and UPI.
One plus point of using Samsung pay is that it is enabled with both Magnetic Secure Transmission (MST) and Near Field Communication (NFC) which allow a user to accept countless payment by sending a magnetic signal from the smartphone to the terminal’s card reader.
This app is currently available on Galaxy S7 edge, Galaxy S7, Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy S6 edge+, Galaxy A5 (2016), Galaxy A7 (2016), Galaxy A5 (2017) and Galaxy A7 (2017).
