RunR will gain access to ReadyAssist’s workshops and its clients will be able to access a full yearly maintenance plan for their B2B two-wheeler EVs
Leading Indian electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, RunR Mobility recently announced its after-sales service partnership with vehicle assistance player ReadyAssist. In a press release, the partners mentioned the signing of an after-sales service agreement to cater to real-time breakdown problems using deep machine learning, data intelligence, and operations efficiency. As both parties believe that inadequate after-sales services and roadside assistance pose a major challenge, they have joined hands to aid the customers while also strengthening the EV ecosystem.
After this partnership, RunR will gain access to ReadyAssist’s workshops and its clients can access a full yearly maintenance plan for their B2B 2W EVs, including periodic general servicing, pan-India roadside assistance, and warranty replacements.
Founder & CEO of ReadyAssist, Vimal Singh SV stated, “The partnership with RunR Mobility is aligned with our long-term objectives and will enable us to cater to more customers in their needs for services across touchpoints in the country. Through our collaboration, we look forward to contributing to our partner’s growth trajectory while envisioning our expansion route.”
“Our partnership will enable us to leverage ReadyAssist’s expertise in auto services and utilize its cutting-edge technologies in streamlining services for our customers. The latest collaboration will not only enhance our service offerings but will also strengthen our position in the ever-evolving EV industry,” commented the founder & CEO of RunR Mobility, Setul Shah.
Last year, the roadside assistance company secured $5 million in its pre-series A funding round led by Howen International Fund.
2018-born startup ReadyAssist identifies as a technology-backed vehicle lifecycle management firm which works to provide 24/7 real-time roadside assistance services like battery jumpstart, fuel delivery, key unlocking, towing and flat tire repair.
