EKA, an electric vehicle company supported by Mitsui and VDL Groep, has recently appointed Rohit Srivastava as its Chief Growth Officer. In his new role, Srivastava will oversee sales, marketing, business development, and product management.

Bringing over three decades of prominent experience in Sales and Marketing, Srivastava has significantly contributed to the establishment of enduring businesses. His professional journey began at TATA Motors, where he quickly ascended to notable leadership roles. Most recently, he served as the Business Head – Commercial Vehicles Passenger (CVP) at TATA Motors Ltd., where his responsibilities included leading the electrification initiatives and promoting the adoption of electric vehicles across buses, vans, and minivans.
Srivastava, an engineer with a CII-Fulbright fellowship, is recognized for his customer-focused approach, dedication to lean processes, and optimization of the value chain. His expertise in developing product strategies, setting project QCT (quality, cost, time) goals, and leading product development, testing, and validation has been pivotal in launching EV portfolios and technological frameworks for electrical products.
