Rochester Electronics has partnered with Semtech Corporation to offer various mixed-signal solutions and continued channel support for active and end-of-life (EOL) components.
Rochester has acquired 12 million units of Semtech products as part of an initial inventory package. These products cover a wide range of electronic components, including power management devices, LED drivers, filters, TVS/ESD protection devices, proximity sensors, I/O-port expanders, and RF transceivers.

This acquisition is for various purposes, such as reselling the products, using them in manufacturing, or distributing them to customers.
