According to a report by Telengana Today, Hyderabad-based Raghu Vamsi Aerospace Group which manufactures aerospace parts and sub-assembly components has set up a Rs 40 crore manufacturing facility at Hardware park near international airport in Hyderabad. The report says that the unit will primarily focus on manufacturing of precision aero engine parts for global aerospace companies. It has order booked worth Rs 200 crore till the end of next year as per the report.
20,000 sq ft built up space
The report said that Vamsi Vikas Ganesula, managing director at Raghu Vamsi Aerospace Group told Telangana Today that the facility has a 20,000 sq ft built up space and it is situated in a 1.5 acre campus. He also added that the unit will have 200 people and the number will reach 300 in the next six months.
As per the report, the company will come up with another facility in the Hardware park in 1.5 acre land by June 2020. This unit will make landing gears and avionics and attract an investment of Rs 50 crore. The report says companies like Collins Aerospace and Honeywell will be catered to from this unit.
