Tony Mathew Jose has joined Exponent Energy as head of the start-ups HR team. Prior to Exponent, Jose was associated with Ather Energy as its Vice President & Head for Talent Strategy and Analytics.
Notably, Arun Vinayak, co-founder & CEO, Exponent Energy is also an ex-Atherite. The company took to social media to announce the appointment of Jose.
The social media post read, “Drumroll, please! We’re super excited to introduce Tony Mathew Jose, our new Head of HR. Tony joins us with over 21 years of experience and will lead the charge on a 360-degree view on all things culture and talent.”
After completing his management studies from XLRI, Jamshedpur in 2002, Josehas worked with Deloitte, HSBC, Anahat, Tata Power, Aegon Life and Ather Energy. With Deloitte he was Manager, Talent, whereas he was Senior Vice President of HR at HSBC. At Tata Power, he was the head business HR.
According to Exponent, he has led people management functions across the employee life-cycle, with specific focus on people development methodologies and data-driven processes, while enabling inclusion, equity and diversity at the workplace.
