Odisha Renewable Energy Development Agency (OREDA) has recently announced a bid to install 6.462 MW of rooftop solar power projects on government buildings in Odisha. This project will have a virtual net metering option.
Within six months of agreement, the system has to be installed and the bidder will be responsible for managing and operating the project for 25 years. The security amount for this project will be ₹10 Lacs/MW for all bidders.
The utilisation should be between 15% and 18.7%, with a maximum of 15% if the total amount of electricity consumption.
Solar modules must be included in the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy‘s Approved List of Models and Manufacturers to participate in the bidding process.
Over the past five years, they must have completed and activated grid-connected solar projects, with at least 50% of the stated capacity.
In the previous fiscal year, their net worth should have amounted to ₹1 Cr./MW of the quoted capacity.
Alternatively, for any three out of the past five years, their minimum average turnover must have been ₹1 Cr./MW of the quoted capacity.
The last date for bid submission is December 22, 2023. The day to open bids is December 28.
