Mr Srinivas joins Metastable with an impressive background spanning over three and a half decades. His vast experience includes transforming startups into global powerhouses, fostering a culture of process excellence and high performance, and mentoring leadership teams to effectively manage and drive growth on a global scale. In his new role, Mr. Srinivas is expected to play a critical role in propelling Metastable Materials’ expansion and success.
With more than 35 years in diverse industries such as SaaS products, banking, IT and business process outsourcing, Big Four audit firms, manufacturing, food, and retail, Mr Srinivas brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. His previous roles include serving as CEO and board member and leading various functions, including strategy, sales, operations, quality, finance, and HR across the globe. His work has taken him to over 20 countries, earning him global accolades as a three-time HRO superstar and FAO superstar. Additionally, Mr Srinivas dedicates his time to pro-bono work at the IIT Madras Incubation Centre, advising startups on HR matters and consulting for the board and trustees of CHILD, an NGO.
