The company aims to deploy over 2,500 electric vehicles and hire 1,200 delivery partners by 2025 as it extends services to four new cities.
Magenta Mobility, an electric mobility solutions company, has expanded its operations into Uttar Pradesh by launching services in four new cities: Lucknow, Agra, Kanpur, and Varanasi. Previously operational in Noida, the company plans to extend its reach to additional cities within the state.
The company aims to deploy over 2,500 electric vehicles in Uttar Pradesh by 2025 to enhance green mobility options for last-mile delivery services. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to establish a comprehensive electric vehicle infrastructure across the state, offering more sustainable transportation solutions for businesses and consumers.
To support its expanded operations, Magenta Mobility has set up its own AC and DC charging hubs and formed partnerships with other charging point operators for network expansion. It has also collaborated with Jio-BP to strengthen its charging infrastructure, aiming to provide reliable and fast charging solutions for electric vehicle users. The company plans to hire over 1,200 delivery partners to meet operational demands and contribute to local employment.
Magenta Mobility is leveraging partnerships with companies such as Flipkart, Amazon, Porter, Delhivery, and Kuehne+Nagel to integrate its electric vehicle fleet into regional logistics and transportation networks. These collaborations are intended to improve delivery efficiencies and promote the adoption of sustainable mobility solutions in key markets.
Through this expansion, Magenta Mobility is positioned to contribute to Uttar Pradesh’s transition toward more sustainable transportation options, focusing on innovation, local employment, and regional business growth.
