Eyeing to boost product and operational efficiency through swift defect inspection, Kaynes Technology has joined hands with Delvitech for their advanced AI-based 3D AOI system.
Delvitech, a provider of AI-based inspection technologies, recently announced that electronics designer and manufacturer Kaynes Technology India Limited had chosen its advanced 3D artificial intelligence-driven automated optical inspection (AOI) solutions to enhance product efficiency and quality. These solutions merge AI with high-resolution 3D imaging.
According to Delvitech, their precision in defect detection would be crucial for Kaynes’ goal of maintaining quality standards in electronics manufacturing, ultimately benefiting customers and the entire electronics manufacturing sector across the world.
Furthermore, by integrating this technology, Kaynes aims to achieve operational efficiency and reliability across various sectors, including automotive, industrial, aerospace, and medical, according to the CEO Ramesh Kannan.
Expressing his enthusiasm on the matter, Roberto Gatti, CEO of Delvitech, stated, “This partnership underscores the power of collaboration in driving technological advancements and enhancing industry standards.”
