IESAEBFebruary 2, 2015: India Electronics and Semiconductor Association (IESA), the premier body for the ESDM industry in the country, will focus on “Make in India: Vision to Reality” in IESA Vision Summit 2015, the 10th edition of its annual flagship event, starting today.

In the backdrop of India’s invitation to the world to “Make in India”, thought leaders across verticals and geographies will come together on this platform to discuss how India can dominate in the semiconductors and electronics space, in the coming decade. The two day event features a powerful line-up of industry experts, government officials, strategists, policy makers and business leaders, offering their views and visions.

Dr K Radhakrishnan, former chairman, ISRO, who also made India proud with the successful launch of Mangalyaan, said, “I heartily appreciate the IESA team in organising Vision Summit which has emerged as a torch bearer for India’s ESDM sector. Their concerted efforts in bringing all the stake holders across industry, government or academia under one roof has been remarkable over the years. The year 2014 unwrapped enormous opportunities for the ESDM sector with ‘Make in India’ creating investment waves from around the world. I wish them continued success and know that this year’s platform will bring phenomenal opportunities, policy changes and direction to the country’s ESDM sector in 2015.”
