After receiving government incentive approval, Greaves Electric Mobility invites new dealers to expand its Ampere range, looking for better customer experience and affordability.
Greaves Electric Mobility (GEMPL), the e-mobility division of Greaves Cotton Limited, is expanding following the Ministry of Heavy Industries’ approval of the Electric Mobility Promotion Scheme (EMPS) incentive for its Ampere range, which includes the Nexus, Magnus, Zeal, and Primus models.
To support this growth, Ampere is actively inviting dealer partners across India to join its network, aiming to meet the increasing demand for electric mobility.
The expansion will focus on improving customer experiences by enabling dealers to showcase Ampere’s electric scooters, including the newly launched Ampere Nexus. The company has also stated that new dealers will benefit from comprehensive training and support. They will gain access to the business model and the opportunity to contribute to India’s green transition, including offering affordable and reliable electric vehicles.
Currently having 400 dealerships, Ampere seeks to enhance its presence and fulfil its vision of ‘Har Gully Electric,’ as the company stated. The brand has garnered trust from over 300,000 satisfied customers, and its popular Magnus scooter, now priced at ₹84,900, offers exceptional value.
Greaves Electric Mobility Private Limited specialises in electric 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers. Its flagship Ampere brand is rapidly growing in the e-scooter market, focusing on affordable and sustainable mobility solutions.
