Tech Mahindra announced their partnership with Google on Tuesday. This partnership aims to launch a Generative AI-powered E-mail named “amplifAIer”. The Email “amplifAIer” is designed to be a comprehensive solution for effectively managing all email communications within contact centres, thereby improving customer service.
The Email amplifAIer will also leverage Generative AI capabilities to offer integrated visualization and automation techniques. As stated by the company, this approach embraces a “human in the loop” philosophy, ensuring responsible practices that result in enhanced customer experiences.
Furthermore, the Email amplifAIer is set to deliver comprehensive solutions encompassing email automation and personalized responses. This will be achieved by identifying intents, extracting necessary entities from the email, and seamlessly integrating with various systems and applications like CRM and Finance.
