Goldi Solar has sealed a game-changing Modules Supply Agreement (MSA) with ENGIE India, a subsidiary of the globally renowned ENGIE Group, specialising in low-carbon energy and services. This strategic accord revolves around supplying an impressive 190 MW of cutting-edge solar modules for ENGIE India’s forthcoming Sayla village project. The project is underpinned by a 25-year solar power purchase agreement with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd. (GUVNL), solidifying the company’s role in advancing national green energy initiatives.
In accordance with the agreement, the company will furnish ENGIE India with their highly efficient HELOC® PRO series of 545wp photovoltaic modules. These top-tier modules are poised to substantially contribute towards an annual electricity generation estimated at a remarkable 34 crore units, bolstering India’s clean energy aspirations.
