Samsung has listed its first 512GB microSD card on Indian website. Samsung’s Belgium website also shows company’s cheapest wireless charger till date
Korea based Samsung has listed a new 512GB microSD card and its cheapest wireless charger till date on its official websites. The new microSD card will be the first one to offer 512GB space from the smartphone manufacturer. Christened Samsung EVO Plus 512 GB microSD card, model number MB-MC512GA, the company is yet to reveal the prices of the same. However, Samsung EVO Plus 256GB microSD card is available for Rs 6,805 in India.
Samsung’s most cost friendly wireless charger with model number EP-P1100BBEGWW has been priced at € 19.99 (approx Rs 1,477) on its official Belgium website. The new Samsung wireless charger pad has not been listed on the Indian website yet. Given its price compatibility factor with the Indian market, Samsung may soon make a official announcement of the same.
Samsung EVO Plus 512 GB microSD card
The company’s website claims Samsung EVO Plus 512GB microSD card to offer read and write speeds of up to 100MBps and 90MBps repectively. Samsung on the website has mentioned that the card will allow users to transfer a 4K resolution three GB video in mere 38 seconds.
It’s capacity is said to be equivalent to 1,50,300 images or 78 hours of videos in Full HD or 77,300 songs. An included SD adapter will fit most devices making it compatible with a wide range of devices for both SD and micro SD.
Samsung claims that users will be able to record 4K UHD videos on the EVO Plus 512GB.
Samsung on its US website has claimed that the EVO PLus 512GB microSD card can withstand 72 hours in sea water, extreme temperatures, airport X-ray machines and magnetic fields equivalent to an MRI scanner. Samsung will be providing a 10-year limited warranty with the product.
SanDisk’s 512GB microSD card is available at a price tag of Rs 25,369 in India while PNY’s 512GB microSD card is priced at Rs 19,221 on Amazon.
Samsung EP-P1100BBEGWW wireless charger pad
Listed on Samsung Belgium website for € 19.99 (approx Rs 1,477), the latest wireless charger pad from Samsung is the most economical by the company. The new wireless charger pad from Samsung is also listed on company’s official Indonesian website.
Just 11.9 mm thick, and 58 grams light, Samsung claims it to be compatible with all Qi-certified devices. However, the model is yet not listed on company’s India or US website.
