Denali Communications Group, Inc. has hired Allen Ronk as its CEO. Ronk will also serve as the President of Brandywine Communications, the largest Denali subsidiary.
Denali owns multiple aerospace/defense businesses that design, engineer and manufacture electronic communication and connectivity solutions for industry leading customers around the world. Brandywine, the largest Denali business unit, designs and manufactures precision time and frequency products and integrated systems that are used on satellite hubs, naval vessels, and military aircraft to ensure highly accurate and reliable communications and to support other platform missions.

Ronk is a highly experienced executive having founded, led, and successfully sold several aerospace and defense businesses during his career. In 1986, Allen founded Secure Communication Systems, an electronics company providing design and manufacturing services to the Department of Defense and leading prime contractors which he grew to 450 employees and was sold to Benchmark Electronics in 2015. Ronk was also the CEO of Klune Industries (750 employees), a leading provider of formed and machined components for the aerospace and defense market that was acquired by Precision Castparts. Earlier in his career he worked at Hughes Aircraft and Rockwell International.
