CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions’ clients are spread across sectors like automotive, education, pharmaceuticals, packaged consumer goods and information technology. The company provides power on a per-kWh basis through long-term power purchase agreements. Over 600 rooftop solar projects with a total operating capacity of more than 350MW has been installed across India, the United Arab Emirates and Thailand.
It has been known that the company is in talks with investors, including pension funds, to raise upto USD 200-250 million and that the company would also consider selling a major stake. The company operates more than 600MW of large-scale solar and wind farms and supplies clean energy to corporate customers.
