Monday, May 05, 2014:Defence public sector company Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) has recently announced vacancy of 30 post for senior engineers for its Navi Mumbai branch. It has invited applications for the recruitment of deputy engineers and senior engineers, etc, who will be selected on the basis of performance in a written test, followed by an interview. Only candidates short listed based on academic merit will be called for the selection procedure.
Although recruiting engineers is a regular process in BEL, recently it is expanding its Navi Mumbai branch, says a BEL official.
BEL has posted 2.79 per cent higher turnover (provisional) at Rs 61800 million for 2013-14,
against Rs 60120 million last year. The company exported products worth $41.70 million in 2013-14,
registering a growth of 27.21 per cent over the previous year’s export turnover of $32.78 million.
