Features and USP: Panasonic’s Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) has been developed by adopting the fine diffusion process. The fine diffusion process and JBS structure enable low FV and low IR characteristics so as to increase the efficiency of the final set such as TV and PC with a little element loss.
