January 22, 2015: Anritsu has launched free e-learning courses for mobile device engineers who use its Rapid Test Designer (RTD) software to test cellular modem chipsets and devices under development. RTD e-Learning offers a modular series of professional product training videos. All staff members belonging to an organisation with an RTD support agreement can log into their personal e-learning account at times that are convenient to them.
Users can progress through the courses at their own pace to learn best practice test design tips and techniques for testing specific technology areas. Practical exercises consolidate understanding, and course completion certificates are issued to confirm expertise.
Bob Kersey, Anritsu’s Marketing Director for Wireless Protocol Test explained “Our new e-Learning service represents added value for our customers. Development of expertise is key to productivity. This service is designed to address this need. Anritsu is excited to offer this very specialized service to our customers as we continue to focus on the tools to reduce test time and help our customers bring products to market faster. ”
RTD is an integrated test environment for Anritsu’s premier range of signaling testers for LTE, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, and GSM radio technologies. It enables mobile device engineers to rapidly create tests and troubleshoot modem issues early in the development cycle to save costs and reduce time to market.
