Kwality Photonics keeps pace with the latest in global lumen efficiencies in PolyWa power LEDs range by offering high output 200 Lumens plus lumens at 700 mA LEDs with tight binning at sub40 prices.

Kwality’s PolyWa 5052 series of power LEDs are embedded with a single large chip from high reliability LEDs capable of being driven upto 150 mA to obtain 45-50 Lm at single digit prices. PolyWa 5052 LEDs are ideal for retrofit applications, aimed at substituting 60 W bulbs, 36 W CFLs. These power LEDs have a copper slug placed right under the LED chip to provide the shortest path for the heat and have the lowest thermal resistance in their class. The 8Lm PLCC3528 LEDs are its latest offer for tubelight industry with aggressive pricing.

Kwality brings the latest innovation for solid state street lighting in the form of PolyWa OVAL LEDs. PolyWa oval LEDs save over 15 per cent loss of light that occurs at the LED-lens interface when employing Lumberton LEDs. Kwality also supports by way of streetlight LED module Ledmo with on-board constant current control for each single LED.

Highest standards of industry are attained in its products due to vibrant and active ISO 9000 quality management system and Kaizen quality movement. Several processes for TPM and Six Sigma are also practiced by the company.

The LED displays manufactured at CDOT approved plant of Kwality Photonics Pvt Ltd, consist of single digits, dual digit, multi digits, alphanumeric, dot-matrix, lightbars, bargraphs, arrays to meet demand from high end users for high intensity GaN white, blue, green, AIGaAs-ultrabright red and AIInGaP-superbright yellow etc.
