Amara Raja Electronics Ltd (AREL), a unit of Amara Raja Group has teamed up with China-based Salom Electric (Xiamen) as a manufacturing and supply partner.
AREL will provide Salom with a range of power products and external power supplies, battery chargers, wall plug-in power supplies, car chargers, vehicle power adaptors. It will also provide Salom with power banks, wireless chargers, and associated products.
Manufacture at AREL’s electronics factory in Chittoor
As per the agreement, the products will be manufactured at AREL’s electronics factory in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh. They will be shipped to Salom’s global clientele in India and abroad.
Kiff Wang, COO, Salom Electric (Xiamen) Co. said that the partnership will make sure that Salom’s products powered by AREL’s factory are available to its global clientele. Vikramadithya Gourineni, managing director, Amara Raja Electronics said that the association is more than just expanding outreach.
