Airship, a mobile experience company recently announced the appointment of Tracey Ryan O’Connor as the Senior Vice President for global sales. For the role, O’Connor will be responsible for boosting Airship’s new and upcoming business ventures globally, which also includes the company’s executive leadership team where she will be reporting directly to the CEO and president Brett Caine.

O’Connor has over two decades of experience working in digital marketing, eCommerce and personalisation technologies for companies such as ATG, Neustar and Oracle. Most lately, O’Connor was Group Vice President of Commerce for Coveo, a software as a service company providing artificial intelligence-powered search technology, which acquired personalisation platform Quibit. At Quibit, O’Connor was in charge of global sales and was promoted within her first year to Chief Revenue Officer where she led sales, solutions, marketing, customer success and strategy. Before that, O’Connor held senior director and regional director roles at Reflektion and SmarterHQ, respectively.
