Aditya Ultra Steel Ltd, a prominent manufacturer of rolled steel products, has recently declared a net profit of INR 5.87 crore for the half-year period ending in September 2024. This financial update coincides with the company’s announcement of a significant sustainability project—a 5 MW solar plant in Rajkot, Gujarat. Detailed in a company statement released on Saturday, Aditya Ultra Steel disclosed that its revenue from operations for the first six months of the fiscal year 2024-25 reached INR 312.39 crore, with an operating profit of INR 10.50 crore.
The company, known for its Kamdhenu brand, had a significant milestone this September, marking its debut on the NSE SME platform following its approximately INR 46 crore initial public offering. Reflecting on the previous fiscal year, the company achieved a revenue of INR 587.80 crore and reported a profit of INR 7.69 crore.
Further expanding on their growth and sustainability strategies, Sunny Sunil Singhi, Managing Director of Aditya Ultra Steel Ltd, elaborated on their plans to establish an INR 15 crore solar power facility with a 5,000 KWP capacity at Jasdan, Rajkot. This initiative is designed to cater to the company’s energy needs while advancing its commitment to environmentally responsible practices.
