Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited (TPREL), a renewable energy subsidiary of Tata Power in India, has entered into a Power Delivery Agreement (PDA) with Chalet Hotels Limited for a 6 MW AC group captive project. This partnership is poised to generate 13.75 million units of clean energy annually, reducing carbon emissions by approximately 9762 tonnes per year and promoting a greener hospitality industry.
The CEOs of both companies, Ashish Khanna (TPREL) and Sanjay Sethi (Chalet Hotels) have expressed their enthusiasm for this collaboration, emphasizing its alignment with their sustainability visions and India’s broader clean energy objectives.
