The agreement states the hire of 3000 IT Professionals in the next 5 years, in Gujarat.
The Gujarat IT/ITeS Policy (2022-27) has generated massive traction across the IT industry landscape, and investors have already started to collaborate with the Government of Gujarat. 15 MoUs have been signed with leading domestic/global IT companies and Gujarat, resulting in a generation of 26750 highly skilled IT employment opportunities.
While Tech Mahindra continues to deliver cutting-edge digital engineering services in the state, it has also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 18th October 2022 with the Government of Gujarat, aiming to hire over 3000 professionals in the State over the next 5 years.

As per the MoU, Tech Mahindra will focus on providing digital engineering services enabling businesses to navigate digital transformation challenges.
