SoftServe, a global digital authority and the consulting company recently announced that it will be appointing industry veteran Yishan Lam as the head of product and design for the Asia Pacific market region. Lam has over a decade of experience working and building innovative products, services, solutions and businesses for multiple Fortune 500 enterprises, investors and government bodies. The recent addition of Lam is the expansion of the company’s global capacity and its push to bolster its global capacity and an international leadership team.

Before joining SoftServe, Lam also worked as the design director and digital expert at McKinsey & Company in Singapore, she also led the charge with new practice capabilities for various digital, design and corporate venue engagements serving markets across the Asia Pacific region. She was also a regional hire at IDEO, an innovation consultancy. She has also facilitated the design and implementation of human-centred design as a core tenet for government services and healthcare services, and also led new product development and strategic transformation.
Lam has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University, where she graduated with the highest distinction and she currently lives in the country of Singapore.
