This will also act as a model for the other states to embrace drone technology faster.” “This will usher a new era in the direction of using technology to serve the people at the ground level. The Government of Himachal Pradesh has come out with a very optimistic and progressive approach towards drone deliveries and with the support of the Ministry of Civil Aviation, we look forward to establishing regular flights in the State of Himachal Pradesh to serve the people,” said Ankit Kumar, CEO, Skye Air Mobility.
Commenting on the agreement with Skye Air Mobility, Repaswal said, “The empanelment of various drone service providers and companies is being carried out as a part of the Project Governance and Reforms Using Drones (GARUD) in Himachal Pradesh.
