These machines are available as different types of equipment, including SMT reflow soldering (reflow ovens) systems, SMT/BGA soldering stations (used for single component placement/removal) also known as SMT/BGA rework stations, SMT discrete soldering equipment (or just soldering stations), hot tweezers, infrared guns, etc.
