Element14 has partnered with Littelfuse, an industrial technology manufacturer. This collaboration aims to provide customers with a streamlined, all-in-one solution for their project needs. Under this partnership, the company now offers a wide range of latter’s products to its clientele, encompassing vital components such as fuses, circuit breakers, surge protectors, TVS diodes, Thyristors, Diodes, MOSFETs, IGBTs, Gate Drivers, power modules, switches, and sensors. These components are the backbone for many applications across various industries, including automotive, consumer electronics, industrial, building solutions, medical devices, aerospace, and data centre & cloud infrastructure.

The company’s circuit protection products are critical in ensuring the safety of electrical systems and personnel. They offer robust safeguards against various potential hazards, including electrostatic discharge, power surges, short circuits, voltage spikes, arc flash incidents, etc. Beyond protection, it boasts an extensive portfolio of advanced power semiconductor technologies, featuring silicon and wide band gap solutions in discrete and module packages. It offers diverse technologies for sensing proximity, flow, speed, temperature, and fluid level, making it an ideal choice for intricate electronic systems.

Some of the products available include:

  • High-side/low-side gate driver LF2181N: This high-voltage, high-speed gate driver handles N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration. Its advanced technology allows the high side to switch to 600V in a bootstrap operation. The LF2181N is compatible with standard TTL and CMOS logic levels, making it easily integrated with control devices. It is offered in an SOIC(N)-8 package and operates across an extended temperature range of -40 °C to +125 °C.
  • USP10973 Thermistor Assembly: This copper probe assembly is suitable for various temperature-sensing applications. It boasts tight tolerance, moisture resistance, and PVC-insulated lead wires, with a maximum operating temperature of 105°C.
  • DST Series: The DST series Ultra Low VF Schottky Barrier Rectifier caters to commercial and industrial applications, offering high-temperature resistance, low leakage, and lower VF products. It is well-suited for high-frequency switching mode power supplies, free-wheeling diodes, and polarity protection diodes.
