At the India Mobile Congress 2022 in Delhi, the Union IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw launched Sensorise SenseIT Energy’s multi access IoT device, which is a completely Made in India product. Launched as a part of Atmanirbhar Bharat drive, the company described it as a home-grown IoT solution which “showcases Indian technical competencies harmonised to global standards.”
Sensorise is a leading IoT enabled mining and automobiles solutions provider and the group company of Rosmerta Group in M2M/IoT communications vertical. Its CTO, Vijaya Kamath said: “IoT/ M2M will enable use-cases in multiple industry verticals and will be a true enabler for industry 4.0. Sensorise with its Remote Provisionable eSIM and MAID device is uniquely positioned to synergise with the M2M ecosystem.”
The President of Rosmerta Group, Karn Nagpal stated: “The launch of 5G in Indian Mobile Congress 2022 has reinforced our strategy of communications fuelling the rapid adoption of M2M IoT across industry verticals. Sensorise & Rosmerta Group are uniquely poised to fulfil this vision.”
In addition to the launch, the IT minister also inaugurated the VoICE Atmanirbhar Pavilion clad with 22 member companies.
India Mobile Congress is touted as the largest digital technology forum in Asia. IMC is a leading platform that brings together the industry, government, academia, and other ecosystem players, to discuss and display the latest in the technology world. It is currently being held at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi, from 1st to 4th October.
