Export of additional electronic items to get FPS benefits

The Annual Supplement 2012-13 to Foreign Trade Policy 2009-14 which was announced recently rolled out some amendments in the Focus Product Scheme (FPS).

Table PC and motherboards will now have an admissible rate of 2 per cent. The admissible rate for the some items is amended as 5 per cent under Table 1 of Appendix 37D (Focus Product Scheme).
