VVDN Technologies, a product engineering, cloud and manufacturing company, has announced the opening of its 10-acre Global Innovation Park at Manesar, Gurugram, India. This announcement comes as a part of the company’s plan to further strengthen its engineering service offerings and increasing its manufacturing capacity by adding to the infrastructure.

VVDN launching a major global expansion of its manufacturing efforts in India, underscores the company’s commitment to be India’s Premier ODM company catering to both the domestic and global market’s needs,” noted Bhupender Saharan, CEO, VVDN.
Recent collaboration with Sterlite Technologies
VVDN was recently chosen by STL as the engineering and ODM partner for the development of few indigenous 5G products and solutions. VVDN, as per the collaboration, will be manufacturing 5G radio products including macro RU and small cells for STL. India and many other countries in the world, are chalking out plans to implement 5G networks commercially.
“The joint collaboration with VVDN aims to advance the evolution of 5G small cells thereby supporting telecom operators in their mission to roll out 5G networks. Also, with an indigenous “Make In India” approach to 5G Radio Units, STL aims to target operators globally and focus on private enterprises for broad-scale deployments of 5G,” Dr Badri Gomatam, group CTO, STL, had said.
Capacity for 100,000 employees
VVDN’s new global innovation park at Manesar is spread over 10 acres. This large campus has a planned capacity of approximately 100,000 employees and will be operational by the middle of May 2020.
The new campus facility, as the company informed, is part of its previously announced expansion plan to dramatically increase capacity for the manufacturing of next generation technology solutions, will be a bigger world class factory with a greater production output.
Company’s new facility is equipped with world class SMT, product assembly areas, ISO Class six and eight clean room. It also has testing and validation infrastructure.
