Zentech Manufacturing, Inc. has acquired Trilogy Circuits, LLC. Following the acquisition, Trilogy Circuits, LLC. will become Zentech Dallas (TX). It will join Zentech family of companies that includes Zentech Baltimore and Zentech Fredericksburg.
Zentech is a portfolio company of New York city-based BlackBern Partners. It is led by CEO Steve Pudles. Steve comes with thirty-year track record of building EMS businesses with industry-leading technology, process, quality and customer service.
Charles Capers, founder of Trilogy Circuits, LLC., will continue to manage Zentech Dallas. He said, “I am very honoured to be working with Steve and the team at Zentech. The culture and the talent of the two companies is very similar and the synergies are many. As a Zentech company, we will have access to greater resources, guidance and the working capital needed to grow the Zentech Dallas presence in the Southwest mil/aero sector.”

Trilogy Circuits, LLC, based provides electronics manufacturing services (EMS) products. It offers support to the many military primes and other high-reliability industries in Texas as well as the entire US. Zentech Manufacturing is an engineering-driven electronics contract manufacturing company that specialises in the design and manufacture of electronic and RF circuit cards and assemblies.
