Tata Power Solar Launches Residential Rooftop Solution In Kolkata

The residential rooftop solutions are expected to save up to Rs. 50,000 annually for 25 years

India’s largest solar energy enterprise,Tata Power Solar Systems has recently launched a complete residential rooftop solution in Kolkata.

The residential rooftop solutions are expected to save up to Rs 50,000 annually for 25 years. This decreases the use of diesel generators,leading to fuel savings. Also,the consumers can avail a chance to earn from their idle rooftop space.The proposition comes with government subsidy which will ease the beneficiaries’ expenses.

Optimistic view

Praveer Sinha, CEO and managing director, Tata Power, said that after the successful launch of residential rooftop solution at Delhi, Mumbai, Ajmer, Bhubaneswar, Gandhinagar, Bengaluru, Cochin, Chennai, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Guwahati, Varanasi, Jamshedpur, Pune, Nagpur and Dhanbad, the company is happy to offer solar rooftop to generate easy and cost-effective solutions to all West Bengal customers.

Ashish Khanna, president, Tata Power (renewables), said that it is Tata Power’s endeavor to provide knowledge of commercial benefits as well as quality aspects of solar rooftop installation to their residential consumers.

They hope that with initiatives cost-effective rooftop solutions, Tata Power will help consumers in energy conservation as well as savings in power costs.
