Panasonic India is exploring for 6-9 months old companies to develop artificial intelligence (AI) and Machine learning technologies, which it wants to assimilate with its future smartphones to comprehend from combating vendors in the populous Indian market.

Panasonic is currently working out on its concept of artificial intelligence and will name it Panasonic AI assistant. They are planning to bring its first smartphone encapsulated with the AI within this year.
Pankaj Rana, head of mobility division, India, South Asia, Middle East and Africa at Panasonic has the firm belief that adding AI technology will help them to stow away larger market share in the Indian subcontinent.
The highly efficient Panasonic team will work intimately with new with whom the company intends to go partners with on the AI technology.
In conjunction with AI technology, Panasonic also aimsto variegate into the Internet of Things wedge by settiung afloat products in the home automation and personal healthcare space.
Home automation however remains to be their fundamental spotlight which includes control of appliances, security and surveillance and lighting.
On the personal healthcare front, Panasonic is in deliberations with a few partners who are developing products like Smart thermometer and smart blood pressure meter that can work with the company’s smartphones.
